Who operates the app
PicklePoint is developed by Petr Demchenko. For app support, privacy questions or deletion of published data, contact: presetter@gmail.com.
Data on your device
The app stores player names, manually entered ratings, tournament settings, schedules and scores locally. No registration is required. We do not receive your saved player directory or private tournament archive. Data may be included in device backups managed through your operating system.
When you enable live results
Only after you enable live results, the tournament title, participant names, team lineups, schedule, scores and standings are sent to picklepoint.ru. We use this data to display and update the tournament page. Player ratings and your saved player directory are not uploaded. Use names or nicknames agreed with participants.
Access and retention
Anyone with the link can view and share the results. The page is excluded from search indexing and the sitemap. The server retains the tournament snapshot for no more than 14 days from its first publication; updates do not extend that period. The link then stops working and the data is automatically deleted. The organiser can disable publishing earlier in the app. We cannot delete copies saved independently by viewers.
Deleting data
Local tournaments can be deleted in the app. The player directory is part of the app’s data; to remove all local data, delete the app from the device and, if needed, its backups. To delete a published snapshot, turn off the link in live results. If you no longer have access to the device, contact support with the link and the data that relates to you; we may request verification to protect participants. Do not send the secret management token.
Technical data and third parties
Connections use HTTPS. The server receives an IP address to deliver responses and apply temporary request limits; live routes are excluded from access logs. The app contains no advertising, analytics or social SDKs and does not request location, contacts or an advertising identifier. We do not sell data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. Hosting processes published data only to operate the service. External sites open when you choose a link and have their own policies.
Support requests and changes
If you email us, we use your email address and message to respond and resolve the issue. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information. You may request deletion of correspondence. Updates to this policy are published on this page with a new date.
